At SERVPRO Team Gutierrez, Emily focuses on installing and ensuring the success of scalable systems and processes that better prepare the team for growth.

Before joining SERVPRO, Emily was the Vice President of Corporate Operations for another family-owned operation, a staffing company, for 15 years. Those years were invaluable for her, as she gained experience in “all back-office departments” including accounting, human resources, and operations.

A native of the Rockville/Bethesda area, Emily graduated from Clemson University in 1994. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis and weight training, as well as being a parent alongside her husband of 20 years to her two daughters.
