Josef brings over a decade of experience in the Managed IT industry. He has been instrumental in expanding R3's customer base and forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. In his current role, Josef helps drive revenue growth and build strategic alliances with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

He joined R3 in 2012, as one of the first employees—supporting R3's largest customer at the time. Josef helped form R3's Client Services department as the Director of Client Services, overseeing the delivery and support of all products and services. He then transitioned to focus on sales and business development, becoming the Director of Growth & Partnerships.

Before joining the R3 team, he started his career at Lockheed Martin—working at one of the few NexGen Cyber Innovation and Technology centers in the world.

Josef is married to his wife Sydney; they have two kids, Ace and Knox. He is passionate about golfing, working out, traveling, outdoor cooking, and following sports. Josef values spending as much time as possible with his family.
