At Orases, Larissa is committed to enhancing client happiness. She mentors and supports the Orases team; manages client expectations and builds client relationships; and helps improve overall client engagement by contributing to business development, software projects and solving problems. In recognition of all her hard work, dedication, and leadership, Larissa was made a member of the Orases Leadership Team in 2023.

Prior to joining Orases as a Digital Project Manager in 2012, Larissa was a managing editor and writer for a local magazine. In this role, she led complex software development projects and cultivated positive relationships with clients.

Larissa is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®). Her diverse skillset and commitment to client success make her an invaluable member of the Orases team.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, beekeeping, and making homemade hot sauce.
