To his role at Kaiser Permanente, Nick brings extensive experience and a strong track record of sales leadership and marketing innovation. Currently, he oversees the sales and marketing strategies for the company in the Mid-Atlantic—focusing on driving growth, managing performance, and creating innovative approaches to attract and retain clients.
He plays a crucial role in developing the “blueprint” strategy for health plan sales, highlighting Kaiser Permanente's unique value in controlling costs, promoting a healthier community, and enhancing employee engagement. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Nick headed up sales and marketing at Kelly Benefits—one of the nation's largest employee benefits consultants.
Nick graduated from Stevenson University with a bachelor of arts in business. He also played on the school’s lacrosse team, where he was a two-time All-American and National Champion.
Nick actively contributes to the community as the Vice Chair of the Will Rodgers Liver Health Foundation and serves on the board of the Military Bowl. He resides in Baltimore, MD, with his wife, Chandler. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends.
