At CBRE, Ryan specializes in prospecting business development through research, networking efforts, and overall due diligence. His team works with companies locally and nationally across industries, with a focus on representing TAMI, government contracting, AEC, and professional services companies.

In addition to securing new clients, Ryan helps provide space-needs analyses, offers growth strategies, conducts tours of viable properties, and negotiates lease/business terms. Before joining the CBRE team in August of 2023, Ryan and his business partner of ten years, George Santos, helped cultivate the Savills brand and team over an eight-year period.

Ryan lives in western Howard County, MD, with his wife, Carleigh; young son, Elliott; and Red Fox Lab, Dennis. He is a major sports fan, and loves the Ravens, Orioles, and Maryland Terps.
