Shane has worked in the HVAC industry, off and on, since he was 16 years old.  When Shane was 18, he started working at GNC Corporate, and after only three short weeks was promoted to store manager—the youngest employee in company history with that position. This was just the beginning of Shane’s successful track record. He was promoted again to one of the highest-volume stores in the region, where he continued to increase year-over-year sales, customer retention, and profitability.

At age 21, Shane went back into HVAC full time, and began pursuing his college degree—completing 2 years of community college at Cecil before transferring to Towson University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Shane is an avid snowboarder, wakeboarder, and golfer. He and his wife live in North East, MD.
