TJ has been a part of the Tate Engineering team since 2009. In his role as Vice President of Operations, he upholds both the profitability and values of Tate Engineering. With ongoing collaboration with leadership personnel and stakeholders, TJ works to identify areas of strength and company need to increase company growth and improve company-wide operations.

Prior to this role, TJ dedicated his time as the Director of Operations of Tate Engineering, Service Manager, and Senior Technician.

TJ resides with his wife, Bethany, and two children, Austin and Teagan, in Mount Airy, MD. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, coaching youth football, hunting, and golfing.
