In his role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Camden Partners, Tom leads the company’s finance, accounting, and compliance functions—in addition to serving as a resource to portfolio companies in various capacities. Previously, Tom was a Senior Associate with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, a national CPA and consulting firm in Baltimore, where he concentrated on audits of private equity firms and municipal governments.

Tom graduated from the University of Delaware with two bachelor of science degrees in accounting and finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Tom lives in Reisterstown, MD, with his two sons and Golden Retriever. Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, cooking, and working out.
