Kevin has been helping business leaders navigate critical business decisions to drive growth for 25 years, previously leading a consulting firm that he sold in 2020. Today, Kevin leads The BainBridge Group, a boutique firm that works with small and medium-sized business owners to help them drive growth. Depending on the need, The BainBridge Group engages with clients using three different tools: 1) CEO Peer Councils, Think Trusted Board of Advisors; 2) Leadership Consulting, focused on people and organizational development; and 3) Leadership Training for leaders and managers.

Beyond The BainBridge Group, Kevin owns one of the top 10 largest franchises for Lawn Doctor (a network of over 240 franchisees). He also founded a SaaS business with another partner to help law firms analyze their client feedback. Kevin earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor of Arts. from Bowdoin College. He is passionate about learning and helping business leaders navigate the challenges of growing professionally and personally.

Kevin is actively involved in volunteer work from his neighborhood to the county. He has served on the board of the National Breast Center (caring for uninsured breast cancer patients in the DMV) and The Building Traditions Society (part of AAMC).
