As the son of a lawyer and mechanic, Kevin grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland.  After graduating from Shepherd, Kevin took an opportunity at American Pest to work with his cousin, Matt Nixon. He began his career as a Marketing Intern and worked his way to the top of the company in 2021.

Kevin serves on the Leadership Networking Council for the National Pest Management Association and frequently engages in opportunities to network and build. In 2016, as American Pest was acquired by Anticimex, Kevin had the opportunity to learn about mergers & acquisitions, and experience how the pest control industry operates on a global scale.
