Over the course of his career, Mark has founded five different companies—with services ranging from IT and web development, to recruiting and staffing, plus mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His experience falls primarily within the federal government field—working as an owner/operator, as well as an executive and consultant.

Mark is currently the president of PeopleXR—a staffing and recruiting company with branded division Beach Mill partners—which provides tailored growth advisory services for small- to medium-sized government contractors. He and his team offer strategic planning and business development enhancement in addition to M&A advisory.

An M&A enthusiast, Mark enjoys “both the challenges and the rewards” of helping buyers and sellers find the best deal. He is a native Washingtonian who now resides in Great Falls, VA, with his wife and their four children.
